These people blew up my phone for over a week even after I told them they had the wrong number. They continue to call me at the oddest hours and then when I called back to once again request that they take me off the list, I was taken around and around by an automated system. When Matt finally answered he hung up in my face. I’m still getting calls.

I moved my family down here in Locahatchee a few months back. Before the big move, I had done an extensive research on builders, I have talked to many reps from reputable builders in the area. Don’t get me wrong, i’m sure they are good at what they do but their reps didn’t give me a good vibe. Building a new home is not just a job, but it’s a relationship between you and the builder as the build usually lasts about a year plus. Priceless work!! This builder is absolutely amazing. Beware Luiz from custom home builders. He lied to my wife and I and lost his realtor license in 2014 and now uses his wife’s residential contractors license to build poor quality homes like 15808 Citrus Grove Blvd. we were the original buyers but if you watch Mike Mangold’s YouTube channel you’ll see the house Luiz presented the day of closing.
