Our tech Nick was very professional & helpful all questions were explained in detail he also mentioned the yearly service that your company has & thanks to Nick we purchased it .It was nice talking with him also

We had a terrific experience with Superior. Our AC went out on a sweltering weekend in July. Superior came out within a few hours on Sunday. They did their best to get our system to limp along. Their estimator came out the next day and by Tuesday they were installing a new system. Their techs were great and very personable. Before each appointment we got a call that morning to confirm and call when they were on their way to our house. Would not call anyone else for HVAC needs!

We have used Superior for years!! Yesterday we came home to no air and our initial thought was "oh no, this is going to take forever". Not true! I called and Justin came out that day! Yes, we needed a new air unit and our thought once again was "this is going to be awhile". Not true! Rick and Joe came out TODAY and installed our new unit! Efficient, high quality, professionalism from all! Thanks!!! We wouldn't call anyone else!

Service from Superior Heating and Cooling was first rate from the call for help that I made to the end of the project. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. The response time was great, the service guys wore masks and worked through the whole day to complete the task. At the same time, they fixed another issue and pointed out one that could be trouble soon. This certainly is helpful. Professionalism and quality and informational assistance are definite strong points with this company!
