If you go with Superior word of caution get all quotes in written even if you don't think you need them cause you just might! Had an issue with Sean and his quote. We still feel we we taken advantage of since it was the middle of July with no air conditioning. He orginally quoted us a number in the $6000 to replace. Yes I don't remember the exact number so it's are fault as well for not getting this verbal agreement in writing. But when we ask how much more to replace the furnace the quote came to $8200. Started the job of a new install and then never showed back up. Then Doug Williams his representative wanted $5000 for nothing. I have pictures of Superior starting the work and the contract stating they were doing the work. Someone has my $5000. Your either lying or Doug your buddy is lying. We will be filing theft charges and suing to find my $5000 and my missing doors shower and other things stolen from my house. Lay with dogs you get flees.
I can’t say enough good things about this company! From the moment I called, the team was friendly, responsive, and professional. They did a great job fixing our central air. They found the problem that another company had messed up causing a $300 part replacement. I will recommend them from now on.
Zero stars. Tried getting ahold of them to get a couple of estimates. NEVER heard from them! Guess they don't need the business.
