Purchased a heat pump system 4 years ago. System ran great for 4 years then all of a sudden it started freezing up in the summer. Tech. Mike came out as soon as I called. He worked countless hours on it and has it up and working great. Super business!
My unit has been “fixed” four times yet the air still doesn’t work and the unit is leaking. They are on time and come quickly when needed. Unfortunately, they repeatedly wear shoes in my yoga business, despite requests not to. I wish I could give a better review. The work simply hasn’t been done correctly across months.

Great service from Patrick! He provided super helpful info about my boiler unit. It’s my first time having a boiler in an old house so any and all tips were welcomed. We plan to have Patrick visit again in the spring to cover AC update options.
