We had Superior Heating and Air come out today for a maintenance service call. Carson came within a 24 hour of request. He was very courteous and thorough, reassuring me that my 5 year old system was in good working condition and well maintained. He unclogged the plug that had caused the stain on my ceiling. He also shared his maintenance plan to keep it working properly.

Superior fixed a poor installation problem by another HVAC contractor that was causing our attic-based system to not properly drain the condensate. They produced custom duct work and made system repairs under Carrier warranty. They stuck with this job until all of the problems were solved. They are very quick to respond to problems and have reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this team!

I was at work when I got a notification from my thermostat that my AC was not cooling. I immediately called them to see when they could have someone out to repair. Within one hour of calling someone was at my house and replacing the capacitor. I’ve been using them for a few years, always nice people, great company!

Will and Judson came for my spring maintenance. They were great..explained everything in a language I could understand. I have used this company since 2009. I recommend them for all HVAC issues.
