Whats worst than a 1 star review? A one star review to a reputable company. I am very dissapointed with the way superior handled my case. The lack of accountability by Sam and Joey is shocking. They can still redeem themselves if they publicly own up to their mistake. Dont know if they will because of their pride. My AC was having trouble last week.
