I am extremely happy with Superior Hearing Solutions (Ceara, Kyle, and Jessie). I give them a 5 star rating. They took great care of me from my claim with WCB and have always been given the latest technology and regular testing. I sent my wife to them as well and she was also very pleased with the service. What impressed us was the the time and care they showed by explaining things about wearing hearing aids that we had not thought to ask about. Thanks so much!
Wow what incredible customer service they have, good job
My Dad had a problem with the volume control for his hearing aids that clipped onto his belt. After talking to superior we had an appointment within a couple of hours. We went in for the appointment in Airdrie AB and what the staff did was absolutely outstanding. As soon as we entered the very kind receptionist (I wish I would have got everyone’s name) greeted us all by our first names.
