There were fantastic folks at the Crowfoot location. They treated me with a great deal of respect and care on my slow road to hearing loss. Barb and the other ladies there were very concerned about my comfort and well-being as they tried to amass toys for charity. Wait time is insane…. 30 minutes in the waiting room… then 30 more, waiting to be seen… wow why even bother with appointments… never again

The staff here are amazing! So very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend them !!!
Excellent service and friendly and professional staff. I had a full wax blockage in one ear and as I have total loss in my other ear I was anxious to get it looked after. They got me in very quickly and had the problem rectified within minutes. I left being a very satisfied first time client and they are now my go to for any problems or concerns in the future. Highly recommend.
