Después de un mes de espera llegué a la cita y no me atendieron . Según ellos no tenía cobertura. Pero si cobraron la cita, me recordaron cada rato que confirmaron y ellos nunca les interesó el paciente. Pudieron llamar a decir que no tenía cobertura y que llamara a mi seguro y no hacerme perder mi trabajo. Son unos irresponsables. Poco profesionales.
I have been seeing Dr. Eric Naifeh for years and he is an amazing doctor but his front office staff is complete TRASH!!! No sense of urgency, doesn’t seem to care, and attitudes out of this world…it gives I’m showing up for a check and not to be of actual service.
On October 28th , I arrived for my 9:15 am appointment at 9:05 am , it's 9:55 and still haven't been called back. Which is because my original appointment on October 4th , the front desk sent a text message an hour before my appointment and cancelled due to his personal life. Okay understandable, but why when life gets in the way for patients, you get charged for same day cancellations. And if you're running late then they will reschedule your appointment in a heartbeat. Wrong prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy, then ten days straight of "oh I'll leave a message for the doctor" from the front office. Better yet, no working voicemail. Extremely disappointing because the doctor himself is very personable, listens, and is easy to work with, but the customer service is horrible.
Dr Naifeh is a good guy, some issues with the office .
