Contacted them because they came highly recommended. Left 2 web messages to have a representative contact me for a quote. Never received any response or message to these inquiries. Based on this lack of caring for prospective clients, I will NOT be using this company even if they do reach out to me.
I dealt with Johnny Poppell. He came to our home and after a few minutes I knew he was a professional. He introduced himself and asked questions about what we wanted we then walked our home and within a few minutes he knew what we needed to do to get the water directed away from our home. Chylo and Johnny ( not the same gentleman who gave the quote) came to our home today around 12 as scheduled they introduced themselves and walked the home with me going over everything that they were going to do.
