We have been working with Superior Group for the last 9 months after being hit by a tornado and could not be more pleased with our Claims Specialist Matthew Graham and the work that has been accomplished thus far. Matthew advised us of options we had with our insurance after we initially did not receive enough insurance proceeds to cover the enormous amount of damages that needed repairs. I can’t say enough about the fantastic service we received from Superior Group Roofing’s representative, Austin Simoneaux. Our roof was damaged during Hurricane Francine. Allstate sent an appraiser who told us that the company would only pay to patch the roof because it already had been patched in three places. Of course, our deductible was higher than the cost of repair. I was totally surprised by the results Austin Simoneaux with Superior Group was able to do with working out my roof replacement with my insurance company. He told me when I first meet him he would be able to get my roof replaced because of hail damage. I had my reservations but what did I have to lose.
