Wasted three mornings waiting for someone to come give an estimate. Got calls from a scheduling receptionist who didn’t have my name correct, then said someone had already come by my house. She asked when a good time for an estimate would be even though I had just spoken to her and scheduled a time about 45 mins before. Rescheduled and sent texts and said they’d be here today. Of course, no show. If this was for an estimate, I can imagine what would have happened if I had gone the next step and agreed to hire them.

I called them back to replace a spot in the turf that went bad a few months after the installation; i made several attempts to contact them, but I never heard back from this company. After my third backyard done by them, I'm not using them ever again because they are unable to guarantee their jobs.
I had my backyard done by Superior Green Turf in March 2016, all synthetic turf with a small section of decorative rock. The price was extremely competitive, the installation was done quickly and efficiently and they cleaned up after themselves. I have dogs and they were always very careful to ensure the back gate was locked when they left, as I had requested. They also removed and capped my in-ground sprinkler heads.
