We have just received the keys to our beautiful, 7 star energy rated Superior Granny Flat and we couldn’t be more delighted with it. Our Project Manager, Rob Scrivano, was so helpful from day one to handover. Nothing was too much trouble. He communicated with me every couple of days to keep me in the loop as to which trade was coming next, when rubbish would be removed from site and anything else I needed to know during the build. Fantastic communication from the team all around from start to finish. I really appreciated the extra support from Rob when accommodating for works needed that I didn't have the expertise or trade connections to coordinate, but the holistic approach helped bring the project together and deliver a superb granny flat. Thank you Rob for staying on top of everything and keeping me informed with regular status and photo updates throughout the whole process!
In one sentence - "Top notch team". I could not proceed with the build after securing the building permit due to lack of bank support. However, my experience of working with Jake on design, Ryan/Simon as project managers, Matt and finally Doug - As the leader has been exceptional. Superior recently completed our magnificent granny flat which turned out to be even better than we'd imagined. It was a long time in the planning with many changes. These were all incorporated with enthusiasm (and patience) by Superior's great design team. The building process proceeded smoothly and professionally and all the trades people were approachable and polite.
