We recently built a granny flat with Superior. The unit was delivered on time and within the agreed budget and without any major hiccups. Initially we engaged with the owner Doug who answered all of our questions patiently. Once the building permit was issued, Rob was assigned as a project manager and he then took over. Rob was easy to deal with and prompt in addressing any issues or questions. Thank you Superior team.
Superior and the team did not disappoint. From start to Finnish Rob our project manager answered all our questions insured everything stayed on scheduled and keep us up to date and was always quick to respond and solve any issues. I would recommend you to choose the company
Adapted the plans for the 2 bedroom 60m2 plan to a 1 bedroom. WIR, with Laundry and all the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our visions. The process from start to finish was amazingly supportive and informative. Project manager Rob was always available to take my calls and kept me up to date with the next steps in the process. Nothing was too much.. Would definitely recommend Superior Granny flats to anyone looking at building their own. Thanks again team
Very happy with the Superior granny flat team. They have done an amazing job, from start to handover. We are so happy with our new grannyflat. It's beautifully designed. This is a first time build for us, of our beautiful Granny Flat. We must say that right from the start everyone was so easy to talk to and very helpful by keeping us constantly informed of the next procedure and stage that would be happening. Our Granny Flat being in Birregurra Victoria was not a problem at all for Superior Granny Flats to get a fabulous job done. Would like to thank Rob Scrivano our site manager and Craig our builder for the attention to detail with his crew. Such a lovely bunch of guys. Thank you .
