Drop my Transmission off on a Wednesday picked it up Friday and they did a wonderful job rebuilding it and I am going to go back loudly when I need them
I was worried at first when I seen their reviews, but this was my experience. I had my transmission rebuilt with them. I had issues. I was really concerned. They let me know up front that being that they do not have a secretary that answering the phone is a struggle that they are in attempts to fix. They let me know that they would reach out to me when it was ready and it may take them a little while but hopefully 2 weeks. I was really not happy about that initially, but I understood. Had a laundry list of issues with my truck. They got the transmission fixed and pointed me in the right direction to fix other issues. Im now up and rolling and couldn't be happier. I wish they'd answer their phone more often, thats my only hang up with them. The work they do is exceptional.
Excellent Service! They took a couple extra days but even still, quick enough!
If I could get by with not giving this place any stars at all I wouldn't give them many. This is one of the worst places there is! I brought my '97 GMC Sierra there to have the transmission rebuilt. Paid the $3,000 they wanted. Then they gave me a call and said it was ready, the day I picked it up it was still doing the same thing they didn't fix a darn thing and they wouldn't refund my money either or let alone do it again.
