I reached out to Superior Glass a few months before the glass was needed. Kurt came out to measure for a custom shower door, took a $1000 deposit and said he would have the glass and install in 5-10 days. After 2 weeks of no communication, I started calling, emailing, and texting Kurt. After about a week I finally received a response stating I will install next Friday (roughly 4 weeks after measuring). I said great, rearranged my schedule and went to meet Kirt for the install. First, the contract language disavows him of anything: communication with you, damage during installation and quality of workmanship. His estimated time for delivery was 5-10 days. After 2 weeks and no call, we made almost 12 calls during a 2.5 week period, he ghosted us. After reading another unfavorable review, we decided to go with another company - and what a difference. Glad we didn't go with Kurt. He indicated finally in an email that he was ready to install by May 27, Memorial Day. We did not respond. He just shows up... read more
