This company used to be reliable, but since the manager and office staff quit, the service has gone downhill fast. Despite being on a keep-fill plan, I ran out of gas and had to call the furnace company because my furnace was only a month old. The problem turned out to be an empty tank. The gas company refused to pay the $190 service call and then overcharged me on the refill. I’ll be using up my remaining credit and taking my business elsewhere.
The worst. Save yourself the trouble. Prior to having them as a provider I've never had an issue getting fuel in a timely manner with professionalism. This company is a joke. I will be having a different tank installed.
Great service, always comes to fill our tank within a couple days of calling. Provides customers with multiple incentives and options for keeping your tank full at a competitive price. Great customer service and friendly staff when in need of assistance!
