He will get negative stars from me!! I hate that I have to give him one just to post this! He is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. We put a $700.00 deposit down for a garage door back in early 2022, he was sick with Covid. We understood and was patient and understanding. Billy was very nice to work with... charged me $325 for a single spring when everyone else was charging $175. He came on Friday late to help me lift the door manually, so i could get my car out of the garage, but he could not get the spring done that day, so he came back Sunday...no mention of $150 surcharge... I had to have it done as no one else called back. 2 weeks later and my 2nd spring went... odd... tried to call Billy 3 times, no answer and no call back. Was supposed to replace brackets on opener when installing new one. I specified this twice. I had to do it. Was supposed to install outdoor keypad,I had to buy one, was supposed to put lock that came with new door,I had to buy that and install it,left all the trash from new door,and it was a bunch,I had to deal with that,leaked motor oil from truck, all over my driveway. NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
