Service was quick and thorough, needed a repair to be able to get my car out on a Sunday afternoon, tech was out within a couple hours, tech was knowledgeable and friendly. only complaint was I felt the cost was high, $550, with parts probably about $50, and total time about 45 min. I would recommend getting second quote if you can afford the time, but for weekend same-day service maybe not surprising.

Chris arrived very quickly and got right to work. He was very polite and did not waste time fixing my garage door sensors. Chris explained to me what the issue was and stated not to hesitant to contact him if there were any additional issues or if I have questions. Thanks Chris!!
Second time we have used and I can attest both times were speedy, reasonably priced and the service was superior. Today the tech came in the cold and was in and out and somehow made a crashed into door sound better in less than a half hour. Jon was very professional and assessed the fix in mere seconds. Will hopefully not back out of the garage too soon again anytime soon, but will defiantly call here if needed.
Our technician Heath did a fantastic job! He was on time, polite, professional, and thorough! He did more than just what was on the work order by making me aware of a safety issue on another door. He didn’t have the part to make the needed repair to that door, but took the time to run back to their distribution center to obtain the parts needed and returned to complete the repair and ensure doors can be operated safely.
