I found a SUV on superior ford's webpage. The salesperson told us that she spoke w/ the manager and with the offered incentives plus my husband's x plan pricing from his job, our 8,000-10,000 down payment andgreat credit, that we would have no problem receiving a note of 350-400/month. 1. they changed the internet price ($3000difference)I had to prove what it was listed for on THEIR webpage and then they left to refigure numbers 2. I took a vehicle there for service and was told the computer or wiring could be bad 2-3 k in costs but nothing definitive. I complained to the service manager and then to the floor manager. I was told to take my business elsewhere. Well I did, 10 minutes later at another dealer and the issue was fixed free of charge. I was lied to, the service manager was rude and lied to the floor manager. Told him I called her names which was a lie and he took her side. This place has serious issues.

If you value your vehicle dont get it serviced at this place. I took my mustang for new tires! They called me and said I needed new brake pads so I told them ok put new brake pads on it. When I got there I paid them and got in my car and started to leave and when I hit the brakes it went all the way to the floor!! I parked the car and went back in. The service manager went and drove the car around the lot came back and said they would look at it. After waiting forever i went back and tested it again...worse... the abs light ... read more

We have sent four trucks to Superior Ford to have diagnostic testing and all four were incorrect causing the customer and our business a great amount of money. TERRIBLE service and rude employees. We would never recommend Superior Ford for any automobile maintainence.
