Vaughn is worse than the old management.
Service department is subpar. After a failed valve cover gasket job and two months later my truck is still not right. Brought in for gaskets, pick up with engine light on and oil leaking everywhere within 5 minutes of leaving.
In 2020, I purchased a Ford vehicle . In summary, I was informed that the car was still covered under warranty and that I could get the problem resolved. Ford kept my car for three months after I visited them multiple times, and the results remained the same. I voiced my complaints, but nothing changed.
