I needed to replace my flooring which consisted of tile, laminate and carpet with tile plank. I called for an estimate and the response from Slav was immediate. He was very patient and open and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his responsiveness which was exceptional and his professionalism. The original flooring in my bathroom was porcelain tile and due to a huge blunder by the company that originally installed it, they put down particleboard instead of plywood as a sub flooring. The floor seemed squishy because water had gotten under a broken tile and ruined the flooring. After calling three different flooring contractors to give me an estimate and let me know what needed to be done to fix the floor and receiving huge estimates for a small 5 x 5 area, I finally found Superior Flooring. Slav and his crew at Superior Floors and Remodel exceeded my expectations replacing my cracked bathroom tile floor with luxury vinyl flooring and fixing a poorly fitted pipe to my bathtub that cause water leakage and wood rot. He came out quickly to assess the work and his quote was significantly lower than the other contractor's estimate. I had a very tight schedule at my rental property which I was feared would be too short for the amount of work.
