Do not hire Bill Owen of Superior Fiberglass Pools (or any other name he goes under...) He will likely take your money and run! We contracted with Bill Owen in July of 2021 to buy and install an in-ground fiberglass pool. He asked for an initial deposit of $19,500, which we paid. Soon after, Bill brought in a digger to excavate the area where the pool would go. I would not recommend working with Superior Fiberglass Pools / Bill Owen to anyone. Working with Bill was absolutely the worst. Here is why: 1. From the moment we signed the contract, Bill stopped taking our calls. He would answer our messages with "checking" or "will follow up" which he never did. 2. After waiting and waiting for our pool shell, we finally called the factory just to find out Bill simply didn't pay them.
