Superior responded quickly to request for proposal, with a proposal and to questions I asked before installation where other companies took three weeks to get a quote or to even contact me about getting a quote to me. They showed up promptly at time of scheduling and the install team was quick and efficient. I am happy with the fence and have received several complements on it.
Not the real people who answer the phone. Total run around system in place. No solid cust service systems in place, use with caution
From the moment we met Tania every step was extremely professional and timely. She asked us what our fence needs were and really listened to what we wanted. Other fence companies we talked to just tried to shove their services down our throat. The install crew showed up on the minute of their scheduled time, were very professional and detail oriented.
