Awful customer service! At this point, we have signed a contract for 1 year ago. Posts were finally installed almost 5 weeks ago. Bernie does not return phone calls and on the off chance that you do get ahold of him, he is full of excuses as to why he hasn't been there.
NEVER can get a response from anyone to even get a fence quoted! Needless to say this speaks VOLUMES as to how the service would be down the road. Thankfully I learned early on!!!!
Awful. Unprofessional and rude. They are willing to take your money and then take months to install the fence. The work was sub par. There are better companies out there.
Awful! Terrible service. Had a list of excuses as to why he couldn't install my fence for 2 1/2 months. He was rude and unprofessional. These reviews are old and he has obviously changed his practices. Truly an awful experience. His crew intentionally cut my cable line to my house. The sod company saw them do it. Wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy!
This is an awful company. They take forever to come out and complete the work. They have a list of excuses.
Both Char and Bernie were honest and helpful answering questions. Bernie was on-site and he and his staff did a neat job and the fence was uniform all around. They cleaned up, shut the gate and put the drain pipe back when they were done! We had some special requests and they always said "no problem" and they were taken care of. Great business and great fence.
They removed our old fence and put up a great, quality fence. They were great to work with, reasonably priced (and very competitive with others I looked into), and cleaned up any messes that they made.
