Great costumer service
Ive used you guys a few times when my apartments needed new systems and i have to agree that superior counter people are pretty sharp. I am getting ready to buy a 3 ton gas pack for my personal residence and was looking over the website and saw two one star reviews. Screw this place. I don’t know how you run a successful business when you won’t sell stuff to people. Went there twice in the past 5 years and it was an exercise in frustration. Needed a capacitor, they reluctantly sold me one, ran card, they brought it out and set on counter. At this point I realized it wasn’t the one I actually needed. I was told “no returns on electrical components”. It was still sitting on the counter, I hadn’t even touched it yet. So now I’m stuck with a capacitor I don’t need. I've had the worst experience with this company. I purchased a goodman ac unit 6 years ago through my hvac guys, and it exploded. I assumed that since it was only about halfway through the 10 year warranty thati wouldn't have any trouble getting it replaced, since most reputable companies stand behind their products. Boy was I wrong. After contacting goodman (which will be my next review) I was told I had to go through the wholesaler or technician to redeem the warranty and it was only for parts.
