Terrible people to do ANY business with. Selfish, arrogant, and tempered people. Don't do business with them for your own sake.
Worst experience ever. I paid a lot of money for superior equipment to build me a water truck because I thought they were pros. I was wrong. Had to redo 90 percent of what they did. Everything was very Jerry rigged and owner Joe does not quality check anything, and does not take ownership for any mistakes. I nearly went bankrupt before I even started due to fixing their mistakes. Owner Joe went back on agreement on several things and cut corners every step of the way. Not to be trusted.
I've seen positive reviews for this Company but I must say our experience was less than positive. We we're lied to and given the run around on our build for 6 months! Then Joe gave us our truck with check engine codes and said it had to do with the faulty ignition, knowing that was a lie! As soon as we put the computer to it we found codes for the DEF system. We had to purchase a harness for $5000. Then after his not so good word that he would help us with repair costs he told us it was an As is purchase. As in the hose reel... read more
