Very proffesional and pleasant Patrick and Thomas at Millett dr ty!
Had them out to bid on a sizable HVAC installation project w/ a service contract on top of that. About 5 weeks after the onsite visit I still haven't seen a quote or been contacted. Waste of my time!
From my initial contact at the office to the conclusion of Brandon's work, I was very pleased with every attention to detail. Brandon was focused and was very patient with ALL my questions ....and asked ME questions about my concerns and needs in a way that I could understand. He fixed an issue (needed replacing) with our mixing valve that made a huge difference --- so Thank You to the office staff and Thank You Brandon for all your effective, hard work!!
