Our instructor was very friendly and the course was very interesting. Awesome customer service and will definitely be recommending them to friends and co-workers!
Please understand that I gave one star because there is no option for zero. Extremely unprofessional and dismissive customer service. I had a terrible experience with Superior EMS, and based on other reviews, I can see I’m not alone. They have zero flexibility, even in reasonable situations, and their customer service is downright rude.
