We have used these guys for years. Ralph is the best repair man ever. Always helps us when we are in a bind.
We purchased a $14,000 gate but get no service after the purchase. First we called with operational questions but our call was not returned. Then within 6 months we had a major problem with the gates functionality that was impacting security - e.g. letting any car in that pulled up in without a code. We really needed support quickly.
