Not particularly friendly or professional at the front desk
My husband and I are soooo grateful and thankful for this company and their workers. We just went through a record breaking blizzard for 2 plus straight days. Our electricity went out, once we called to let them know, it only took 2 hours and we were back up and running with electricity. I can only imagine the working conditions those workers were dealing with outside in that. We are so grateful! Thank you and may God give your endless blessings!
Upping prices to help the less fortunate is good in theory but have ever thought of doing a fundraiser or something not everyone owns an electric company and are hit hard with enough bills as is,why not find another way to donate because forcing your clients by jacking up the bill is total bs.
These sketchy guys have a hand in a bitcoin mining facility across the street from a Nature school in Drafter Township. Bad people with bad practices that obviously don’t care about real people in their community.
