Zack Angle from Superior assessed our outside plumbing integrity due to a back-up into garage after a rain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He used great equipment and invited me to observe the camera images. I would definitely call Superior and ask for Zack for a future need. Indeed, I plan on contacting Superior for other services such as septic pumping and inspection. Excellent experience !
The crew from Superior Drain just completed a job to replace a broken line from my overflow tank to the leach field. They did a terrific job. They were very careful in digging a path through a flower bed and across an asphalt driveway. They cleaned up things very nicely. I highly recommend Superior Drainage!
Mark Phillips of Superior Drain did an excellent job with my septic system. He also alerted me to a minor problem which needs corrected. I would recommend them to all.
Firstly, we have used Superior for years. They have treated us right every time! We had a sink hole in our yard. This was a first! We called Superior and Mike came out and looked at it. He thought it was a collapse at the ‘T’ where 2 downspouts connected. He was right. After Rodney and Zack came out (and much hand digging) the connection was exposed and discovered that the pipe was bent and had a big hole in it! How does that even happen?!
