Called on a Friday, was out on Monday and had garage door fixed in less than 2 hrs. The door had a proprietary spring system that failed. Replaced with a standard spring and pulley for a great price.
I was disappointed with the quality of my friend's door from this company. I was thinking to use them myself, but she said she called and called and the owner didn't care.
Very disappointing i waited for 72 hours then they called me telling me that they will be closed because of the snow poor customer service and I got fed up and decided to go with another company
We had a warranty he stopped answering calls will not recommend to a dead fly. Service absolutely sucks
Shane was Great, prompt and professional. We needed our garage door fixed immediately before it crashed down on our cars. He showed up the same day and resolved our issues and now we are back in business, with our complete great sounding Garage Door. Thank you so much especially coming out on a Sunday.
