The salesmen at Superior Dodge are some of the worst I have ever encountered. I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday for nothing because of them. I drove 30 minutes from Fayetteville to Siloam in order to test drive a 2009 Mercedes-Benz. The first salesman I spoke to never told me my name and entered in with the usual salesmen personal questions (trade in, employment, method of payment, etc.). in my opinion these guys are a big joke . i bought 10 new cars for my personal and business and this is the worst dealing i ever had .they lie , i felt like i was getting scammed . we were 2k off with my trade in ,they gave in and gave my the 2k but added it back to there truck . my salesman treated me right ,it was the managers that was trying to do me dirty. i did not make a deal and went somewhere else . in my opinion you need to bring your own Vaseline when you deal with these guys
