Found a truck through the internet at this dealership. The pictures posted made the truck look like it was in great condition. We live in northwest Louisiana and are 6 hours away; therefore, my husband spent all of yesterday on the phone with the salesman (Aaron) and made a deal. Just wanted to share my horrible experience with this company. Bottom line: Superior isn't. I wouldn't be so upset if this place didn't advertise that they have "Superior" Service. But they do not. They people are nice, but they don't stand by their work and they are not willing to make things right. I had a radiator replaced and a sliding door fixed on my 2008 Town and Country and they both broke within 13 months... just a month outside of the warranty. Amazing Service!! Wouldn't get a car from anyone else!
I contacted around 12 dealerships in 4 different states, and Chris and Superior was the only place that acted like they wanted our business. All the other places would talk a big game, but never follow through, or would never communicate all together. I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, but when I do, it will be from Superior.
They suck donkey balls. The worst customer service ever. They were giving coupons out for synthetic oil changes but yet had to go to a different store to buy the oil for her truck. If you are going to advertise a product shouldn't you have it on hand. It was a $100 for an oil change after I sat there with my mom for 3 hours AND she had an appointment we didn't just show up. Very frustrating. After finding a jeep we were very happy with we went to lunch to discuss things, Daniel our salesman calls and tells us that there is an appointment to view the vehicle that we were interested in scheduled for later in the day. We go back ready to pay the deposit that was already agreed upon to hold the vehicle until later in the week.
