These people will stop unloading a truck.. won't communicate anything.. make them wait, and start loading a whole other truck... There's other fork lifts that's riding around doing other things but isn't giving assistance to unload trucks that come in. This industry wants your truck but has ZERO respect for you as a customer or business. THEIR business comes first.. So make sure as a carrier you put your business first.. Extend the same professionalosm...
