I am a contractor in Georgia and I made a huge mistake by choosing to purchase shingles for a clients roof from SRS. After making the purchase, my client changed her mind about the shingles she wanted. I paid with cash, but getting a refund is going to take a minimum of 3 weeks. My client would love to get her new roof installed, seeing as how she has been fighting with her insurance company for months. It's clear that customer service means nothing to SRS.
