Very professional and very polite! Was nervous about going due to my financial circumstances but they made me feel welcome!
I never thought I’d be writing a review, but I’m so disappointed with the lack of professionalism from Dentist Rita. She informed me that I needed a porcelain crown and, despite the expense, I agreed to have her perform the treatment on me. However, I now regret my decision. She placed a crown with a hole on one side causing me constant pain. I can’t even eat on that side of my mouth, It’s frustrating when professionals treat you like a lab rat. I LOVED the atmosphere and the treatment they gave me as a new customer, which included a tour of the facility, and a gift bag. I was impressed with the staff who explained each step in my treatment and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the care I received met my standards.
Everyone was so pleasant. I hope to keep coming back and getting the same Friday crew. Thanks for such and warm and stress-free welcome back to regular teeth cleaning.
