The other reviews are right about the front office. It's a problem. Disorganized, near constant rescheduling. It's a family business, which I guess is the ultimate job security. But if you aren't good at customer service and process, hire someone else to do it. A lot of texts to reschedule during my workday, often because of their own staffing or for their own convenience. I recently visited Superior Dental. I had a less-than-pleasant experience with the office management. Unfortunately, the office manager, Stacy, was not helpful or accommodating. She came across as unprofessional and made my visit feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. This office is a money scheme and they just want to rack up procedures to fill their pockets. I went to another dentist and was told I didn't need 80% of the work they were suggesting. Just another greedy dentist office.
Loved this place and honestly only left cause we moved to Washington State. Staff was so friendly and somehow always remembered what was happening in my family's life. It felt like visiting friends. When I first moved to Colorado I struggled to find a dentist that I felt provided high quality and that wasn't trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. Very rude and dysfunctional group. Tried to create an appointment recently, was met with incorrect scheduling and confusion on their part. When trying to rearrange schedule , secretary assisted I changed my plans because dentist could not accommodate my needs (I took off work to meet their times). When trying to talk secretary to rearrange times, she accused me of speaking over her and of being very rude when requesting to speak directly to the dentist.
