After 40 years of coming to this practice and only 2 visits with the new personnel I found the experience more like a Dentistry factory without the personal touch I've been accustomed to. The other negative features I experienced were 3 fold , a rescheduled appointment which is understandable but never happening before that I can recall , a shock when without notification the office manager wanted me to pay in full instead of my co-pay for the appointment that day then have me submit to my insurance company for reimbursement... read more

I can’t say enough how amazing my experience was. I went here for a consultation to have extensive work done and was looking for a provider that would listen to me. I left there with a plan of action and full trust in my care. All of the staff are caring and amazing. Best decision ever! Thank you!

So incredibly pleased. I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for a better way this could have gone. I was stuck in a sticky situation where no orthodontist was able to take my dental insurance. I was so crunched on time because I was in so much pain. Luckily I came across Dr. Ross, and I had to drive and hour to get to him, but genuinely the most friendly staff including Dr. Ross himself. I visited Dr. Salnick for the first time today and can only say I wish I visited his practice sooner. From the moment I walked in, Susan greeted me warmly and made me feel so comfortable despite my anxiety. Dr. Salnick has this amazingly calming presence that set me at ease immediately. He talked me through everything he was doing and I am so grateful for this team. I will be definitely going back!
