It has never improved. Just continues to get worse every day.They hire people who are not customer service friendly and are mean.And nasty, it's pretty disgusting to think you're dealing with somebody's money and to be treated so poorly by your customer service people. Maybe you should learn how to train then properly or hire people who actually care about other people and show compassion Still awful. Awful. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
