Not a good experience Been using them less than two months Not putting details here.
Mental health is clearly not their priority. expect to wait months just for your appointment to be canceled multiple times.. they are not accommodating at all!! I’ve already waited MONTHS to get into this service, just to keep waiting more and more
My counselors are very knowledgeable and professional. What ever problem l have we talk about them and work through it. When I tell Mrs. Shronda Thomas my flaws I need to work on, and if I do the same thing again she calls me out on it. So next time I will pick a better way of dealing with that situation. I would recommend any one who needs help in shorting out their problems call Supervisor Counseling.
