I recently attempted to start therapy here. I requested an appointment via their website and got a phone call I was not able to answer at the time. When I called back (20 mins later) the woman on the phone was very abrupt and rude. She told me she had "No idea what you're talking about because you're being so vague," even though I had given her all the information I could have. I'd recommend this company to anyone that is going through difficult times. The counselors/therapists that I've spoken to have helped me through a lot! We've created a bond now and I really appreciate the help they've given me! I'm not sure how I'd be today without them. Again thank you Superior Counseling Services!
