The logistics of getting scheduled and having them keep an appointment is a nightmare. It’s also insane that my 100 sq ft bathroom needs to be complete before they’ll schedule the 2000 sq ft house - it’s literally a 30 inch opening causing us another 3 weeks (after 5 already) of waiting. Disaster.
Hell NO to this company. Awful customer service and crew. If you buy some material from HomeDepot, go with a local handyman or do it yourself. Wasting time and effort. Stay away .
We were supposed to be getting hard wood floors done today they show up and they do not have the right materials to start the job so they had to go out and get that and then they come back in. Put the Luan down to prepare the floors and then at 12:00 12:15 they just left. They did nothing. They just left and I don't know when they're coming back. I would not hire these people. If I could get my money back for the labor cost I would. They're just not a good company

We were extremely pleased with both vinyl and the carpet installation done by Superior thru Home Depot. We had approximately 1000 sq foot with baseboard installation. The crews were very informative and professional.
