This company was contracted through Home Depot in Festus, MO to do the installation of our kitchen backsplash. They were supposed to show up on Tuesday between 8-10 a.m. At 10 a.m. I called to inquire when the installer would arrive (since it was past the window) and the company regretted that no one called to tell me his “work truck” was broken down and that they would reschedule for Thursday.
