If I could give zero stars I would. Carpet installation for Home Depot. It’s too long of a story to even try to get into. But I still have no carpet, nor have I gotten my $3000 back. I continue to call every day, go through my story yet again, and am promised a call back. I’m now 3 weeks out from my order and I have not been called back once. Poorest job I have ever seen Uneven caulk, spaces between tiles filled roughly, grout is everywhere: counter, microwave, sink…. And when we tried to make them fix it, it took us a week to finally talk to guy, who said they will be available at the end of October!!! When my husband mentioned the poor job done, the guy said “ if you say so “. They not only do poor job, they don’t care about it!

The logistics of getting scheduled and having them keep an appointment is a nightmare. It’s also insane that my 100 sq ft bathroom needs to be complete before they’ll schedule the 2000 sq ft house - it’s literally a 30 inch opening causing us another 3 weeks (after 5 already) of waiting. Disaster.
