Place is a joke. They were subcontracted thru homedepot or I would have never hired them based on their already terrible google reviews. I come home from work and after the carpet was installed my brand new patio door doesn't close correctly anymore and the entire bottom of the door is tore up. I had flooring initially installed at 3501 Saint Stephen Ct, Arnold MO, 63010, in June of 2023; for almost $8,000. I was not given an option of installers and paid extra to Home Depot for installation of the floor. Despite assurances from Home Depot’s chosen contractor, Superior Flooring, that they were sending their “most experienced” installer, the floor ended up buckling up a year later in June of 2024. Installed hardwood floor with home depot, floor installer literally per their own admission forgot to put nails in the nail gun so eventually planks started popping up a year later, now another 18 months later I have loose boards with gaps in the same spot.
