Poor communication. Unprofessional and rude. Left back gate open after looking at home to give estimate. My dog thank goodness did not run away. Over priced and took 2 weeks for estimate after multiple times resceduling.

Not a happy customer! Over promised. Can't deliver 1/2 of what they said they could!! This contractor finds it difficult to even correspond with their customers. It takes a threat to even get a call back. We hired them in early November. It's January 10th, we still have tar paper on our roof! No shingles! They have promised to do many different "projects" here, but have yet to complete one single thing. We've had the "roofing crew" come out here on 3 separate occasions just to fix the areas where the tar paper was coming bac... read more

Over promise and under deliver. Hired then a week before Thanksgiving and as of jan 7 we have had our roof papered and redecked. Shingles have been sitting in driveway since before Christmas. If you ask thet a question it is always someone else's fault. Why are my shingles not up??? Because there were still personal items in the house. Yup that's right my fault. Didn't know shingles were impacted by a toy kitchen. Will update if they start moving along.
