A car drove into our home at the end of October and we contacted Superior within the first couple of weeks because of a recommendation. We finally signed a contract with them in December, because they couldn’t find a time to meet with us to sign the papers. There was very poor communication and professionalism from everyone we worked with. The contractor never contacted us, unless we contacted him first. Very poor. Quote was wrong. Missed a lot of things that later cost more. Make mistakes (wrong materials, poor workmanship, damage). Tried to charge us for work that was not done and then tried to hide it. Never appolgied or showed any accountability for their dishonesty.
