The invoice we received was incorrect and did not reconcile with the information from the insurance adjuster. We received a bill dated October 2nd, and 21 days later they are threatening a lien, even though we have indicated we are working with the adjuster to reconcile the amounts. This invoice is not even 30 days old and they are threatening a lien. Finally the workmanship from the subcontractors they used was mediocre at best.
Billing is messed up. These guys will cheat you. Plus their warranty is worthless. Do not expect the job to finish on time if ever.
