Tell your guys to at least check if homeowners are home and will need to leave so they have a chance to move their cars out of the driveway. Had to drive over my neighbors lawn to leave. Expecting a bunch of holes in my yard based on previous reviews.
They did a really great job of not allowing me to get in or out of my driveway. They're also really good at digging holes for AT&T and not filling them back in for a couple decades or so.
This is the worst company. AT&T hired them to lay fiber in our neighborhood. We have now had open holes throughout our neighborhood for about 2 weeks. Chris with the company hung up on me today as I was explaining that my daughter fell into the hole while riding her bike. Unacceptable. He did nothing to try and expedite the process and basically told me it’ll just be finished when it’s finished. Poor company and worst customer service I have dealt with in a very long time.
