First experience with Superior Comfort and it was very good, generally speaking. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my basement and the unit does a very nice job of heating/cooling the space, very efficient and really quiet. The crew was great, courteous and efficient as well, including the electricians, sorry I don’t remember what company they were with. I can't say enough about Matt and Joseph. They were on time, friendly and so professional. They really put our mind at ease and we know our furnace is safe and ready to go for the long winter. They came very next day after I called. We will certainly be requesting them again!
This company is 5+ Stars from the tech personal to the President and Owner. I can't say enough about Chad and Jared, the installers at my home. Both were polite, respectful, courteous, and most important, meticulous! I also can not say enough praise about Jeremy, the Lead Installer who's communication and professionalism is second to none. There is only one company I would ever recommend for this type of work, and it's Superior Comfort!
