I'm a second time customer. My furnace chronically started and stopped. The only place I called was Superior Comfort. They sent somebody out within the hour. Tony, the repairman, was polite and informational. He explained the problem was a dirty pilot light and corroded flame sensor. He fixed both in a short time. The repair cost was exceptionally reasonable. I could not be more pleased and will definitely call them when needed.
They sold me a furnace & a/c unit for $5500 then, a year later, when I was having problems with the thermostat, they couldn't be bothered to come out. They say they would "try to fit me in". No, don't bother with them. They can't be bothered.
The showed up same day and Tony was very professional and took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand. Thanks!
thank God for superior comfort they are life savers i called because my heat was not working and they were here within an hour. the service technician was very knowledgeable and above all very courteous and they fixed my problem in no time....i would definately recommend superior comfort to all of my friends and family!!!! Superior Comfort is a great local business. They showed up in a timely manner, they were professional and informative. I had a concern about the pipe leaking to my hot water tank and they came back out to inspect and take care of the problem. Everyone I encountered was friendly and didn't talk to you like you were an idiot asking questions. I would recommended them to anyone who wants to support their local businesses.
