Although the agent was polite in every encounter, they claimed I called them and canceled my booking when I hadn’t. They clearly didn’t want to help me when I insisted I had not contacted to cancel. I still required bond cleaning at the appointed time, but they ignored this and insisted on a lie - that I had called and cancelled the booking.
