Completed well and within promised timeframe, workers were friendly, sales person was informative but not pushy.
Working with Billy at Superior Classic was a great experience. I had a relatively minor patch job done on a leaking membrane roof. Billy came out, took pictures, walked me through where he thought the roof needed work and gave me a straight forward assessment of what he thought would be the best value. This was a great team! Billy explained everything well and answered questions / texts promptly. The crew did excellent, fast work. I am very impressed. Worksite was always cleaned up daily and the whole operation ran so smoothly (while I was working at home during the pandemic) I barely noticed. Thanks everyone!

The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT. My flat roof was in really bad shape last year, and I had many quotes from multiple companies to fix it, but Superior Classics not only had the best price, but Billy actually took the time to explain to me what they were going to do, versus just pressuring me to sign a contract like these other companies. They did a great job getting my roof installed quickly before it got really cold for the winter. Everyone I came in contact with was great in all aspects. They put in a 12 hour day the first day just to make sure the roof was water tight in case it rained the next day. No complaints it was all good.
