It's too bad that the service specialist and managers of the dealership have to pay the price of the lack of quality of the manufacturing personnel. I have been a little distraught at the pure fact that I spent close to $80,000 dollars on a, what I thought, would be a quality truck just find out that there are imperfections from the manufacturer.
