We bought a 2017 suburban on February 23 from this dealership. It was advertised as like new condition. We drove four hours to buy this vehicle. I’m looking at the vehicle. Horrible title department, and customer service. Signed papers on vehicle April 1, 2022 and am still waiting on all the needed lien releases for getting tags. Finance manager tried to pass the buck as to why the delay, and even suggested that I go to the local tag agency and ask them if they would “do me a favor” and let me have my tag even though all the required paperwork wasn’t available. We understand Ms. M*****'s frustration with the delays in the titling process. Our Titles Department has been working with multiple banks and with the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma to secure the proper documentation that for her title. Unfortunately we have encountered significant delays, which have been common over the last 18-24 months. We will continue to work on Ms. Morgan's title paperwork until we have all issues resolve.
