They sent us a broken machine, which wouldn’t even turn on, and refused to replace it. When we sent it back they gave us a “partial refund” meaning we lost over $600. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I purchased (2) of their Mini Preza's in 2016 and I can't count how many times BOTH were in their shop for repairs at the same time! As a brewery owner since 1995 I've lost numerous days of production due to no coder in the building. They hold my machines as hostage until I pay ridiculous repair bills for things like "4-hrs cleaning" on every bill even through we send them back perfect and we even included pics & videos!
